Wrong Name "Bank Account Holder Name"
Hi,
This is a problem I haven't seen before.
We are trying to add a new bank account as the deposit method due to a restructuring of the business; the name in the "Bank Account Holder Name" section is incorrect as the person hasn't been involved in the business for several years.
It's the .com side of the business and the legal entity is correct, as is all the tax information. Everything has been verified by Amazon, but we can't change the bank account,.
Any ideas?

Is it just the account name with Amazon is wrong or is it the account name with the bank?
When I started I setup my business bank account in my personal name as I was a sole trader. Then when the banks started verifying account numbers and matching names when someone pays via BACS I would get queries as customers were expecting to pay my trading name not my personal name.(obviously this is where a customer was paying me by BACS for a sale from my website). I therefore wrote to my bank to request the account name be changed to my trading name (which they did). I then deleted the bank details with Amazon and set them up again using the trading name for Bank Account Holder Name and did not have a problem.
