Really sorry to hear that both your Easy Ship Prime and Easy Ship Guarantee got suspended without any proper reason. Amazon sometimes takes such actions without a thorough check hope your issue gets resolved soon.
By the way, just wanted to clarify one thing do we have to pay an extra ₹65 to Amazon for Easy Ship Guarantee orders? If you have any idea about the charges, please let me know.

I am sorry to hear you have been impacted by this. I have looked into this and see that our Easy-ship notified about the suspension on 5/30, to understand which metrics are currently contributing to this, please see:

As mentioned in the notification, in order to become eligible for the Guaranteed Delivery program again, you must meet the qualifying performance criteria on standard orders for at least 30 days and then re-apply.
