Regarding mapping other brand product
Amazon needs to address this loophole in their process, as it unfairly affects sellers who are working to build their brands on the platform. Currently, Amazon allows other sellers to map their listings to my branded products, which is incorrect. I have not sold my branded product to these sellers, so how can they legitimately sell under my brand name?
This practice leads to a loss of both sales and brand value. I offer premium, high-quality products, but when another seller lists under my brand at a much lower price using inferior products, it damages my brand's reputation. Customers end up receiving products that do not match the quality or description of my listing, which directly impacts my brand image.
If Amazon allows sellers to offer different brands, it is their responsibility to verify the source of these products. Since I have not sold my branded product to any of these sellers, it is impossible for them to have acquired my product for resale."
This version is more structured, clear, and professional, conveying the same concerns effectively.

I am facing the same issue. I have lodged many complaints, but there has been no action on the listing mappers. Amazon is asking the brand holder to get the order ID from the mapper to prove our case. I am placing the order, but these cheaters are canceling my orders or not shipping them. My question is: why can Amazon not see for themselves on their system whether the listing of the brand owner is mapped or not? If it's mapped, they should remove the listing immediately after receiving a complaint from the actual brand owner.

you should get your brand registered and then only list your product on Amazon so that no other seller can sell your brand products

Hi @Seller_gOCt4zRHWBXNH,
Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.
Just to understand, you're the brand owner or you have an authorization from a brand to sell its products? Also, the products are not listed as Generic right?
Please check the following Help Pages in order to know how to report the violation depending on each scenario:
Amazon Intellectual Property Policy
Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy
