Issue with language selection for seller support
Have you encountered a situation where Chinese sellers can only choose other languages when opening a case and cannot select customer service in Chinese? This is quite troubling for us.
We have experienced this twice before, where the customer service was modified to include Chinese, but after a few days, it was changed back to only allowing other languages (without the Chinese option).
The premise is that we have already switched the language to Chinese in the upper right corner.
