Hi, I’m new seller at Amazon. My first order was picked up somehow. but for 2nd order I received a call from pickup person, he talked very rudely and refused to come at address mentioned for pickup. I request him to come to nearby point for pickup than he told me that he will not pickup the shipment from road side. I again requested him to come at the address mentioned for pickup address than he told me very rudely that he will not come at that address too. That order got cancelled. After that I received 3 more orders, But not received any call for pickup and no body came for pickup of these shipments. all orders are being cancelled one by one. I have filled the shipment missing forms all the times and contacted the seller support team but not getting any solutions. Pickups are not being done and orders getting cancelled. Please advice for any solution. I have tried changing the pickup address also but the result is same.
