However, I would like to suggest an enhancement to the current order cancellation reporting features available on the Seller Central dashboard.

Proposal: Separate Reporting for Customer-Initiated and Amazon-Initiated Cancellations

Currently, the Order Cancellation Rate (OCR) metric on the Seller Central dashboard does not distinguish between cancellations initiated by customers and those initiated by Amazon. This limitation makes it challenging for sellers to understand the reasons behind order cancellations fully and to take appropriate corrective actions. Therefore, I propose the following enhancements:

Separate Metrics for Cancellations:

Detailed Reporting:
