ASINs for the requested brand “” already exists on catalog with different PTDs
Hi
I have my own brand and my own packaging, I manufacture my own designs, my trademark is pending. When I try to add my products, I am getting these warning of 5461 and then the support ticket tells me that my ASINs already exists? How can an ASIN already exists while I am the only manufacturer?
I am at a loss here, what should I do?
I am selling these products in other platforms without an issue. This is the 2nd time my listing is rejected, should I push my product with a generic name ( I am trying to avoid this)

If you're not brand registered yet, then I believe you run into this error when trying to list the brand for the first time. If that applies to you, then there is info here about what to do.

The simplist reason is that the brand name existed in another country and was sold on Amaozn by another seller. The brand name was just grandfathered in from the time Amazon did not care about brands or branding.
