This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, in order to sell these type of items, the product must comply with laws and regulation, the government has a list of guidelines necessary for products to receive organic certification.

Certifications and/or licenses is something you need to investigate with the manufacturer prior to listing on Amazon, to ensure the listing meets all applicable laws.

Additionally, you may be required to go through an approval process when listing the product, by following the steps below you can star the process and find if you are required to provide additional documentation or if there are restrictions:

  1. On Seller Central, go to Inventory > Manage All Inventory > Add a product .
  2. Run a search for the product to be listed. If the product to be listed is not yet listed, then you can search for a similar item.
  3. In the search results, select Listing limitations apply for the product pertaining to the intended listing.
  4. Click Request approval to begin the application process.
  5. To check the status of an application, return to the Add a Product page and click Selling application status.
