Fraud buyers (competitors) opening fake returns about "Non authentic items" in order to shut down other seller competitor accounts.

I'm sure this happens to a lot of sellers, but these fake returns in order to shutdown a competitor's selling account or just another buyer trying to keep a free item is completely ridiculous. Thank god I keep copies of my invoices and receipts, but take a look at this fake buyers return reason below, I cannot make this stuff up.

Order ID:114-2499001-8257852

Return Reason: Inaccurate website description

Buyer Comment: I believe this is a knock off version of the real Nike shoe. If so, it should have been mentioned to give me the opportunity whether or not I choose to buy it, and at a discounted price.

To other real sellers, be safe out there and hope everyone is having a good selling month.

I am linking you to a video presentation titled Buyer Abuse Prevention in the Amazon Store. The video is part of the Amazon Seller University series of webinars. Please review the video and learn how to report the buyer abuse. Additionally, you may Report Buyer Abuse via navigating to Seller Central > Performance > Account Health> and then Clicking Report Abuse.

Kindest regards,
