$120k payment missing

I have noticed $120k sales and its payment missing from the statements in the last 3 months. I have compared the sales figures from Sales Dashboard page and statements page and noticed that around $120k sales are missing. This is unbelievable!!

If we do not notice this, we will loose at least $100k revenue. I really do not know what to say!!!
