We are the authorized agent with permission from the Patent Rights Owner. And we also provide the Patent Enforcement Authorization Letter to amazon. But the still answer like that:

As far as I can tell, your permissions seem to be in line with being able to report infringement. I do want to surface Amazon's requirements for reporting Patent Infringement to ensure you're compliant:
Patent infringement
- Ensure that you’re providing a valid patent number that’s active and enforceable in the jurisdiction of the selected store.
- If you select Potential violation of my utility patent, you must have a court order, International Trade Commission (ITC) order, or Amazon Patent Evaluation Express (APEX) ID to complete your report.
