Cancelled Order
I had 1 single cancelled order due to a mistake. My cancel rate is 33% because i am a new seller. Based on what i'm reading my account will be deactivated and i'll never be able to sell on Amazon again. This seems extreme considering the customer had no issue with the cancellation and my other orders were fullfilled.
Is there any way to not get my account deactivated ? and what will happen to the money in my account

The most likely outcome is that your account will be at risk, but not suspended.
It does not matter much about the customer not having issues -- though it could have been worse if they left a negative feedback -- cancellation counts against you.
Just be careful going forward.

If a single incident drives you over a percentage threshold, Amazon will not suspend you; just warn you.
But don't mess up again! A second strike could be the last.

Hey there @Seller_cT1wZoFlHq21T- appreciate you looking to the forums for some support on this.
In general, single situations early in a seller's history wouldn't result in an immediate deactivation. Have you seen any updates on your Account Health dashboard since posting this? I'll include links to this Seller University video on cancellation rate and account health, and our help page on cancellation rate which both have some great info on the topic for further reading!
