Patent Infringement Case We Filed Accepted And We received The IP Violation As Well. Please Help
We are the patent and trademark owner of our brand. We filed a patent infringement case in Brand Registry that was accepted.(case 14938779541). Instead of the infringing seller's offer being removed from our ASIN, in error the entire ASIN plus two other ASINs of ours were restricted and our seller account was also issued a patent infringement violation. We escalated the case and explained what happened to Brand Registry(Case 14944106951). Should this not be addressed by Brand Registry and corrected where the error has occurred? It is very simple to see of they were to cross check our business information in Brand Registry with our business information in our seller account they would clearly see that that they are the same. Now we have a major IP violation, all of FBA inventory stranded and a major IP violation all because of an error. Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! What I think happened is that the entire offer was selected for Patent Infringement rather than a specific offer(s)!
I'll escalate this to the team to get this addressed but I recommend that in the meantime, you submit all documentation you have proving you're the brand and IP owner and explaining that you submitted the report yourself in the appeal case!
