The Other charges are most likely on account of weight dimension audit fees.
After you ship, Amazon decides on the weignt dimension discrepancy and charges you for that if the mesurement and weights added by you differ from theirs.
Go to custom reports under the reports tab - there you may see a report of weight dimensionsion audit and the charges under it.
That amount will most likely be deducted from your COD or electornic balance of the weeks settlement.
