Do I have any recourse for item not returned but refunded by Amazon?
A customer requested a return and refund for the reason "item bought by mistake." Amazon automatically approved the return and a week later gave the customer a refund at my expense. I have yet to receive the item. I am unable to contact the customer to simply ask them for a tracking number (apparently because the item has already been refunded). Do I have any recourse if the item doesn't show up? If not, this looks a lot like theft, aided and abetted by Amazon.
