Recovering a Deleted Listing
FBM for 10+ years.
Over the course of time on Amazon, I have accumulated a list of inactive items, and based on recent discussions on the Forum, I am feeling the need to delete them. In reading the Amazon Help article on deleting listings, the statement is very clear that once a listing is deleted, it cannot be recovered. OK. No problem with that.
But what happens if down the road a piece I find a listing that should not have been deleted? Do I go about re-listing the item using the old ASIN and UPC? Based on some criteria, will Amazon resurrect the old data when I try to upload the new listing? Oh, and by the way, I always use the template upload process, as I find it much easier to troubleshoot errors.
Please advise.
