LARGE FBA shipment LOST by UPS! "label created, UPS awaiting package"

I had shipped several boxes to Amazon by bringing them to a UPS drop off center. My guys did NOT get a receipt/Proof of Pickup. The tracking on ALL of them all say 'label created. UPS awaiting to receive".

We reached out to UPS, we even spoke to a UPS branch manager who has video recordings of the packages being picked up. After being told that they are 'investigating' this and turning up nothing the best I was told was that "I should have insured the packages. Best we can do is $100 per box."

While I know this isn't something Amazon can do, is there anything that CAN be done?

Without an acceptance scan, I fear the best you'll get is $100/box....and be sure to ask them how that will be paid -- directly to you, or to Amazon (who's account you shipped on).
