Changing Incorrect Condition Type for an FBA Product
Hello,
I am a new professional seller and have brand registered, but while listing my first products I couldn't select "New" as the condition type. And have sent my products to FBA by selecting another condition type. Now I registered my brand and able to select "New".
However, since my listings are in FBA (in warehouses), I can't change condition type. All support advice me to click "Edit" and "Add Another Condition" but it leads me to create a copy of my ASIN with 0 stocks. It doesn't help me at all.
Is there anything I can do or something to fix it? I sent my products to USA from Turkey and paid lots of fee actually. Can't afford another round just to correct an information.
Thank you,

You can't change the type of the items you ALREADY SENT IN.
When you send items to Amazon the information needs to be correct the FIRST TIME your rush has put you in a spot.
You either let the items sell AS IS or you recall the inventory back and send it back with the corrected information & NEW SKU.

Hello @Seller_oFJR36OIsLWTV,
Michelle at Amazon here. As @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG has stated, once your item type is set on a product, it is set for the life of that SKU for FBA items and there is no way to change it. You will need to do a removal order and send them in under an new SKU with a new condition type. If you choose to try sell through them, you risk customers complaining of your products not being as described and can cause account suspension due to the poor customer experience. I would recommend that you remove the items and send them in correctly. You can read more about FBA listings here.
Regards,
Michelle
