Need Help with Authenticity Complaint
Im wondering if someone can help me. I sell nail art and make custom nail decals that are often confused with Gel Nail Wraps. In all of my listings I have added that they are water transfer or water slide decals in the title, description and photos with full detailed instructions sent with every order. A customer ordered a plaid design and she wanted to return claiming it is not real when in fact they are decals and clearly she didn't read any of the info in the listing. I design and produce the decals in a studio. Amazon sent an email stating they received a counterfeit complaint and I need to send invoices which I do not have because I design and produce all my products in shop. How do I appeal it ? Its like they want me to select that acknowledgement option but I refuse because they aren't counterfeit, they were confused with what they bought. All of the decals are created the exact same way so if its an issue it would be an issue with all of them.
