Issues with Approval to sell ASIN

@Cooper_Amazon Hello! i have seen that you have helped others with the same situation i am having. I have to get seller approval for my ASIN. Ive submitted new documents each time but keep getting declined. I try to reapply but it automatically closes the case due to too many applications. Customer service email/messaging is not helping. I have to wait 2 days each time to get a response that does not fix my issue. I just summited pictures, meeting the requirements, and will probably have to wait til next week to even get a reply. I was wondering if there is anything you can do to internally see the issues or expedite the review. I am just looking for anything to help get past this point. Because if not i will have to remove all of my inventory from the warehouse by 06/12. I really appreciate it. Case ID is 15206241541.

since your inventory is already at an FBA canter, hove you been able to sell the produce in the past, or you are waiting for your first sale. there is a big difference in getting the correct answer.

Hello @Seller_drFIZGbXOIeyS

Thank you for sharing this experience here on the forums.

While I understand that this may be frustrating for you, Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change.

As the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.

At this time, the only way to be able to list these items is if there is an option to apply to sell through Seller Central. To do this, go to Catalog>Add a Product. Next find the ASIN you would like to sell and then apply to sell if there is an option. You can find a link to the policy here.

I appreciate your understanding,

Danny
