Need Assistance Rescheduling FBA Shipment - Need advise and MOD help
Hello,
I need to reschedule an FBA shipment (ID FBA1879NTGJP). I initially informed Amazon that the shipment would be ready for pickup on 07/25/2024. However, the carrier company contacted me and informed me that the earliest they can pick it up is on 08/05/2024. This delay is too long and will negatively impact my business performance.
Can someone advise on how to escalate my request? I sent an email to toc-ib-na-intransit@amazon.com but haven’t heard back yet. I would really appreciate any help or guidance.
On another note, has anyone else experienced increased delays and issues after Amazon implemented the placement fees and low inventory fees? The shipment fees also seem more expensive now.
