In your Account Health Dashboard there is a link to report abuse of Amazon policies. It is possible to submit a Public Notice Form when you click on the Intellectual Property (Copyright, Trademark, Patent) violation section.

This is how the page will look

There will be a number of sections for you to complete when you click on the Public Notice Form link. Once submitted the team will review and contact you directly.
