Amazon Automatically Authorizing Out-of-Policy Returns?
Has anyone else encountered the problem of Amazon automatically authorizing out-of-policy returns? Today, we noticed that Amazon approved two return requests that are well beyond the specified return window. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Both orders have renewed products that were delivered 100 days ago.

Hello @Seller_FOLOjn9bgrG3u
I am a bit late answering your original post, but I wanted to provide some information around renewed product returns.
If you read through the retail help page titled About Our Returns Policies you will see that products on Amazon Renewed are backed by the Amazon Renewed Guarantee where specifically mentioned on the product detail page. With this guarantee, a buyer is eligible for a replacement or refund within 90 days of receiving the product (or within 1 year of receipt of a Renewed Premium product) if the buyer is not satisfied.
Amazon Renewed products can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment (or within 1 year of receipt of a Renewed Premium product), and qualify for free return shipping.
I was interested to learn myself of the extended return window around these products.
