Amazon SDS requirements

@Amazon, Is there an amazon expert that can explain the SDS requirements? SDS's are only provided during initial shipments or revisions. Some may take place well beyond Amazon's 5 year requirement. No manufacturer is going to pay to retest just for an amazon product listing to make it less than 5 years old. Many that exist will be well beyond the 5 year limit amazon requires. Also, Amazon does not seem to understand that the SDS does not include the product name in the sheets as it will appear on the amazon listing. Manufactured products are sold to multiple buyers listed with different names. How does anyone get a SDS with "their" product name on it? This seems like an oversight on amazon's part or they don't understand how they are provided? Which should be a necessity before requesting them? They won't even accept documentation that clearly states exemption from an SDS. Can anyone from amazon explain this? I repeatedly get I need an SDS for something this is not hazardous and are exempt and have no way to list because the preprogrammed response is "please upload an SDS, needs to be less than 5 yrs, needs name, no exemption will be allowed" and etc...

@Dominic_Amazon can you assist? We sell embroidery stabilizer and the products are being flagged incorrectly. They are not hazardous and documentation was provided which says it is exempt....I even located an SDS for asin B09FFVZBHP and they still can't figure it all out...

Another Asin now requiring a SDS is B09FFSDKJ9 ( another embroidery stabilizer )

You can see both items in our catalog.
