Not Getting Reply from Seller Performance
Hello Amazon Sellers
I recently got my account deactivated due to Intellectual property complaint on 23rd March I have also provided a Plan of Action the same day It says I should expect a reply in 24 hours but till not I have not received any revert.
My POA is as follows :-
"Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
Greetings of the day
We understand our performance as a seller has fallen and our seller account has been deactivated. We also gave an appeal from amazon page on 23rd March for the same.
The reason for deactivation is due to “Intellectual Property Violations”.
The root cause of the issue
The reason for the said issue is we are a fairly new seller, when we created account four months ago we started listing generic unbranded products on the pre-listed ASINs without any knowledge that the listing under certain trade-names is against the rules.
As a result we received intellectual right complaints on some of the listings.
The listings were done without any ill intention of hurting anyone’s business… This mistake happened due to lack of proper interpretation of the Amazon selling policies.
The actions you have taken to resolve the issue
The claims came as a surprise to us and we took it seriously.
We took plan of action once we received the claims hence
- We deleted all the brand listings apart from our own listings
- We wrote to the listings creators (mails attached) regarding the issue explaining why this happened to prevent the matter from further escalation.
The steps you have taken to prevent the issue going forward - We are already in contact with the brand owner regarding the issue to prevent further escalation,
- We will be listing about 500 products using flat files with our own brand and will soon be getting trademark from Intellectual Property India and we will make sure our listings have our own product image and there is no infringing content.
- We have trained our team so that we strictly adhere to the Amazon seller policy.
- We are hiring account management services for proper cataloguing and handling of our seller account.
- We have expanded our team and warehouse and will be moving 70-80 percent of our best selling products on FBA in order to grow our brand and business.

Right now it looks like the Seller Performance is experiencing significant delays in processing seller’s appeals based on what I have seen.
Anyway, I don’t think that your Plan of Action will work.
If you are going to admit your guilt like this, you will need to delete your entire inventory.
Also, Amazon will expect you to supply them the proof of authenticity.
