As a dedicated seller on Amazon, I’ve been consistently facing unfair losses due to damaged, wrong items, or even empty box returns sent back through Amazon Logistics. Despite my repeated attempts to file SAFE-T claims, they have been denied with the reasoning that I’ve reached a limit of acceptable claims. When contacting Seller Support, I’m told they are not involved with SAFE-T claims, leaving me with no clear guidance.
This situation forces me to reapply for claims, only for them to be denied once again. It feels like an endless loop with no resolution. Furthermore, if I reject returns that arrive in damaged or incorrect conditions, Amazon marks them as rejected by the seller, which means no reimbursement is issued to us. On top of this, we bear high shipping charges and commissions from Amazon, yet our concerns are not prioritized.

Safe t claim is pathetic and knowingly they are doing this fraud....we faced a case where its a wrong return and another brand product...at first refund was not showing yet we filed claim which they denied as refud was not reflecting...after few days refund was actioned and now they are not accepting theclaim...its an endless loop of communication but to no avail so far

same problem faced by me, maybe amazon is connected in this fraud thats why they rejecting the SAFE-T Claims, even providing them proof they paste the same mail again and again “you have exceeded a limit of acceptable claims” if same things gonna happen what will be the difference between Meesho and Amazon ! The last option for this is l deactivate seller account. All profits are converted into loss because of this fraud. Many products are dummy order 10 of 4 order is genuine rest are scammers or bots account of amazon.

Does anyone know how they calculate the reimbursement in safe t claim for lost/damaged products? They say they evaluate based on fair market price. but I found it far lower than our product value. That means even if we get the reimbursement, we are at loss.

It is a physical loophole, this is totally unavoidable, you can just use multi layered security methods to prevent it from theft.
