Fraud day by day non-returnable items HELP
People are refunding non-returnable items and now they are making general adjustments. How can I win a claim? It is totally unfair and people are refunding, and shamelessly placing another order. Is this possible?? Do we have to accept it??? Express shipping you need to pay expensive shipping costs and then they issue the refunds. you make the safe claim and you don't know what to argue since what does general adjustments mean??? Christmas gift in July It seems to me that this is growing more day by day.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your non-returnable refund situation. Double-check your listings - make sure they're not accidentally marked non-returnable on your end. I am assuming you've submitted cases for each of these orders?

Unfair? Maybe.
Reality? Yes.
Every order is a blank check, the customer can get a full refund at any time for any reason. Plan accordingly.

I'm selling at an ALL TIME LOW and still getting returns for reasons that are not true. What can I do, NOTHING!
Except get the >>>> out of dodge.

Unfortunately, this is happening a lot in the Grocery category because buyers are being coached on platforms like TikTok how to get free stuff that is non-returnable (e.g. Grocery). Any excuse will do. Famously, is the "Damaged in Transit" excuse and the "Not as described" excuse. These are the most abused. In most cases, the "tell" that they are scammers are that they have also Opted Out from communication from sellers, so that you can't ask them questions about the transaction or ask for photos of the damage. But sometimes that abuse is detected if they overdo it and Amazon then detects a pattern of abuse from the buyer (and I assume ban them). However, we never hear about it, because Amazon doesn't share this info freely.
