How a seller can improve his performance when multiple amazon teams continuously are trying to impair seller’s performance ?
Item being stolen by amazon shipping staff and empty package being delivered to buyer and seller.
if buyer provides negative seller feedback for same feedback manger team don’t remove the feedback and seller support does not have any SOP to resolve this issue.
If seller contact seller support to complaint about item being stolen by amazon shipping staff , they could not find any SOP in internal tool to resolve this issue and ask us to file safe- t claim for stolen package.
When seller files SAFE-T claim , it will be denied by amazon team without providing any reason.
