Tamper proof packing by Amazon for Return order are not eligible for SafeTclaim

Now, Amazon has come up with a new illogical idea where sellers are receiving returned products in a tamper-proof plastic cover, and as per Amazon, those returns are not eligible for a Safe T claim.

We have received multiple wrong products which are returned in Tamper proof cover and as per Amazon, the product does not have any issue as they have been packed in tamper proof cover.

We are yet to understand how come these products are not eligible for claims even if they do not contain the original items.

Do other seller are facing the same issue, if yes, what’s the solution?

Day by day Amazon is going worst in its policies. Our account was deducted for TCS but certificate was provided for less amount… And now we are asking them to refund difference or provide certificate of TDS but there support parrots :parrot: are giving standard copy pasted replies. Amazon is now becoming seller blood sucker… there end is on the way… As these type of practice won’t last. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Of course yes, they are passing illogical rules. Temper proof bag never ensure right return product. Amazon compelling non fulfilment seller to adopt there fulfilment center.

Yes, as everyone mentioned if you receive the return in temper proof bag, you need to validate the bag ID before receiving the packages. If it doesn’t match, you need to as DA to mark it delivered with exception. Amazon is not working for the sellers, they will use every method to steal money from the seller since they have to give so much advantage to their customers.

We have not received over 20 packages, local station is just marking multiple packages out for delivery daily but only send few while stealing other. Now, Amazon is not paying those non-delivered packages saying we have not accepted those packages. No-one take the responsibility, we are even thinking of legal action against the ATS team for unethical practices.

also if you tally and look closely to the order which are going forward to the customer are not receiving the correct product thats why the number of returns has increased. pickup associates and the city hub are doing scam by changing the products of the packets

customers are not receiving the correct the product, hence increased the number of returns.

also amazon is forcing small sellers to onboard to the glowroad thats why the claim percentage has been decreased to 10-15% only.
