Report including the date of release and creation of the order
Where can I get a report, like the one downloaded in the "payment reports" but that in each order can include not only the date of release or posting, but also the date it was created? The numbers of what is in Deferred Transaction and what is paid don't match up. Transaction View only allows you to see 10,000.Thanks

The All Orders Report should give you what you need. You can find details about it here: All Orders Report help page. What's great about this report is that you can request it in two ways:
- By order date - to see orders placed in your specified date range
- By last update - to see orders that were placed or updated in your specified date range
The report includes both purchase-date (when the order was placed) and last-updated-date (when the order was most recently updated), which should help you track the timeline of each order.
As for why your numbers might not match up between reports, there's a good explanation in the help documentation here: Why do my numbers seem different across reports?. Payment reports only include shipped orders, while Order Reports show all orders placed during a time period, regardless of their settlement status.
