Garnier Skin Naturals Glow and Anti-dark spots Brightening Serum, 30ml

ASIN: B09Y22SBPX

The list I have been selling for months has been closed without any warning. I had brand approval. Does not approve now. It became inactive. There are products I sent and they caused me great loss. How can I fix this problem.

You are confusing amazon approval with brand approval. It's not the same thing. You need a loa from Garnier to sell their product.

To clarify what @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9is saying, Garnier is a major company. Most major companies do not let random sellers sell their products. You have to be approved by Garnier to sell their products on Amazon. Amazon approving you to sell Garnier products means nothing. They will "approve" your listing until a customer or the brand owner reports you. Just because you have some Garnier products still listed does not mean they will stay that way. To be perfectly clear with you, if you leave those up your whole account will be deactivated soon. Put your account on vacation mode until you get approval straight from Garnier, or take all of your Garnier listings down and sell them elsewhere.

There is garnier brand approval.

So in your appeal, include your written Letter of Authorization from Garnier to sell their products on Amazon.

If you still have problems, try contacting your sales or account rep at Garnier to see if they can help from their end.

"There are products I sent and they caused me great loss"

Since you now admit that you do NOT have an LOA when you ask "How can I get this approval from Garnier?" your entire account is at immediate risk of suspension.

If by the statement above you mean that you sent items to AMAZON in order to sell FBA get off the discussion boards IMMEDIATELY and put in a request to withdraw ALL your inventory.

You need to do that before Amazon shuts your account down and confiscates every item from you that is in their warehouses.

Hi @OZKILIC,

Thanks for the post and hope you had a good weekend.

Please note that if Amazon believes that a trademark is associated with a product that you are selling that is not approved by the brand for use in connection with that product, you may be asked to provide a Letter of Authorization from the relevant brand owner to show that you have permission to use their registered trademark.

A. Format Checks

• PDF Documents.

• Scanned images of PDF.

• Word (Self declarations are only acceptable if you are the Brand owner).

• Screenshots of email from the domain of Company holding rights to the Protected Brand

B. Component Checks

• Acceptable documentation (physical/digital) should have all of the below components:

• Letter Head from the Company holding rights to the Protected Brand.

• Body of the LOA having all of the essential terms as outlined above.

Signatories:

• Authorized signatory from the Licensor Company.

• Signature/Digital Signature or Stamping or Seal for franking of the document.

Please note that we may validate your Letter of Authorization (LOA) by contacting the relevant brand owner you identify in your application.

INVOICES

Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured

You invoice should include

• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,

• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)

• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public, not some back door pallet seller wanna be distributor )***

• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central

• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),

• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)

• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

**Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

Best regards,
