Missed Pickup
Since the past 5 days my consignment is ready for pickup, but no one from Amazon has bothered to come, seller support only asks you to fill missed forms, but doesn't offer any solution. I had totally 8 orders out of which two have been cancelled by Amazon and informing me that I have to pay penalty for no fault of mine.
No one is available to offer a solution, if someone from Amazon is reading this, please do something as many sellers seem to be having issues with Easy Ship

Amazon is just a software. There are sellers, transporters, advertisers, accountants and numerous service providers who have made account on Amazon and registered themselves according to their trade, product and skill set. We call each other (except sellers - who are the REAL AMAZON) and very confidently say, " Mai Amazon se bol raha hu" and then try to sell our product or service.
The guy who has taken Amazon Easy ship Transportation/Courier agency, under which your business location falls, is a failure. Either your location is far away from his, or he doesn't have admin control over his courier boys (his employees) to direct them to fulfil/pick up your orders. Or, may be the case, your orders aren't upto his expectation in value and/or quantity. Though if he plans to reject your order, he is paying a fine to Amazon (just like everyone else) in the form of some referral fees or something like that.
This is E commerce. This is Amazon. It only survived and became big because of its flawed RETURN POLICY. In which only SELLERS will pay. Amazon will earn commission anyways... whether you reject or accept.
You may start SELF SHIP. There is an option in settings. Do not be afraid of messing up your prices initially, you may indeed, but you will learn.
But afterall, amazon software will decide, which order will fall in SELF SHIP or which in EASY SHIP, as per delivery PIN code. Most probably you will get far fetched Pin codes where delivery is tough, or very near PIN Codes which are not profitable for EASY SHIP and hence Amazon's commission.
You can do FBA, but there is a big disadvantage, of the inventory control going out of your hands. And the product will suffer repeated transport damage and there will be extra charge of shipping it back to your factory once your product is dead/broken/un-usable in repeated transportation.
Beyond this, the product has to be in demand, cheap enough and advertised enough for people to put MORE orders and everyone around you (The Amazon) to work for you.
