@Susan @SEAmod please help me understand..
and like all fraudulent customer, no last name, just a first name..
could even be his pet's name " Leo"
why does Amazon not verify their customers? 3 step screening process, even a background check to make sure they are not fraudulent

Is it possible that your product is set up for returnless refunds?

Hello @Seller_m1K2JgvKy48rx, you can review the replacement reason in your replacements report. What reason is listed there?
Amazon may also issue replacements to customers returning FBA items meaning Amazon will ship a new item from your inventory free of charge to a customer.
- As a seller, you will not be charged fees or receive payment for a replacement order.
- Your payment and fees from the sale of the original item are unaffected by a replacement order.
- Customers can request a replacement only if the same item from your inventory is available.
- Customers must return the item that is being replaced.
Have you received the original item back to your inventory?
