Everything that is asked for from my invoice

I'm experiencing an issue regarding the acceptance of my invoice to ungate. I bought products from the official distributor, and they provided me with an invoice. I'm using this invoice to request product approval on Amazon, but it's not being accepted many times. The invoice meets ALL of Amazon's requirements for invoices. Even my store name. Do you know why Amazon might not be accepting my invoice? Is it just a bot?

I heard this discussion board may connect me with a helpful Amazon agent. :-) thanks everyone for any experience you may provide

Probably your seller account just had been saved by the bots by not "ungating" you. You can NOT buy brands and sell them on Amazon just like this. To sell brands you need:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.

Sellers who list brands without both elements got their seller account suspended forever, the products confiscated and destroyed. Consider yourself happy that the bots prevented this from happening to you.

Hello @Seller_IjrWcnr3RzXNb,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. As the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.

For this reason, you may be required to gain approval to sell certain products. You can see if there's an option to apply to sell through Seller Central, going to Catalog>Add a Product. Next, find the ASIN you would like to sell and then apply to sell if there is an option.

You will find more details about this using the resources below:

I have exactly the same issue. My supplier tells me that their invoice should work and the reason I am getting rejected is because of a bot. Mod please send help.
