I need to speak with a customer support representative. My account is claimed to be inactive, so I can't click the help menu. How can I have someone from amazon to atalk to me?

We do not have a direct line for seller support, but you can request a call, chat or create a support case via this link:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us
The Help button is enabled for all sellers, I can take a look at the account if you have any support cases IDs. You can post it here and I will take it from there and see why the account is inactive.
