Amazon quietly drops FedEx Express Saver One Rate

Why? Because amazon doesn't want the liability of paying back sellers for "shipping adjustments" that are fraudulently charged using FedEx Express Saver One Rate. If you need examples, just do a search for Fedex Fxpress Saver in the forum. What's interesting is that I was able to get a $13 shipping charge that was later charged at over $900 refunded back to me. So, it's like they know they're in the wrong. However I've got a dozen more that I'm fighing with seller support and they always come back with the same excuse - "fuel surcharge".

We used amazon buy shipping. However after it shipped FedEX changes the weight once they receive it to anywhere from 42 to 130 lbs, and charge hundreds in adjustment fees.

So, we fight amazon about it.

@KJ_Amazon could you help with this like you did before? Case ID 17131022101.

Thank you for sharing that Case ID @Seller_sARBF9qkCqOKB. I reviewed the orders and the carrier-audited information and adjustments. I also reviewed your earlier thread about this topic.

The carrier-audited weights for those shipments is the dimensional weight based on the updated package dimensions, and not the actual weight. I reviewed Case ID 17131022101 and see that while you provided photos showing the actual weight of the items, you did not show the full product dimensions.

The label purchased for those shipments qualified the shipment for the FedEx Express Saver® One Rate, which has a maximum size of 2200 cubic inches. However, the carrier-audited dimensions were greater than 2200 cubic inches; the package no longer qualified for One Rate and a higher rate was applied. Based on the product listing, the carrier-audited information appears to be accurate.

Your best next step is to request an escalate of your adjustment disputes with photos backing your original label information, and showing that the ASIN/listing information / carrier-audited details are incorrect. If you share that updated Case ID, I can monitor it for updates. I can also open a direct case with you to provide additional details.
