delivery agent not picked order

I am new seller to amazon and I have received 5 orders in last 2 months. For each order I packed and scheduled it for pick up but the order got cancelled each time and from the pick up team no body contacted me. I did not even know why my orders are not getting picked up. I raised multiple requests for this issue but there is no resolution yet from amazon side. I have not sold any product yet on amazon because my orders are not being picked by amazon pick up agent.

raise dispute on time if pickup not done only this way you can save your account health

Hi, this happened with me too. Nobody from amazon going to help you on this, they even slap the seller with fine. What you could do is find contact number of the hub that is responsible for pick up. Take the pick up agent's phone number and call them every time you schedule a pick up. In my case the first order was picked up but I faced the issue of failed pick ups later, that's when I called this person who picked up the first order and said to call him personally every time an order is scheduled.

yes i am also the new seller and i have received 3 orders in last 8 days .for each order i packed and scheduled it for pick up but the order got cancelled each time and from the pick up team no body contacted me.
