Problem with Merchant Fulfilled Listing Investigations Team Temporarily suspending Listings for review.
I have been a REGISTERED BRAND CUSTOM amazon seller for years now.
Recently I have been getting emails from Merchant Fulfilled Listing Investigations Team Stating they are "suspending my listings" for reasons such as " A buyer stated that the product package arrived but an item is missing." or "received was wrong item"
I understand why a listing may be suspended and I know the rules.
What I want to know is why or how are these listings being suspended by 1 order or 1 sales that has a customer service issue and the listing does 127 sales a day and 1.4 Millions dollars a year.
This means amazon will temporarily suspend a listing for 24 hours if you have a .78% which is less than 1% defect rate.
I have been able to get each listing back each time but I loose out on $4000-$8000 a day on sales because of this Glitch in the metric system.
Based on other forums I am not the only one going through this new customer service program or thing they launched. I never seen emails like this ever.
I need a real Amazon Rep Or Forum Rep to help with this issue because Not only am I loosing money but amazon is also as I spend Thousands on Amazon ads a day and the fees amazon loses from my sales.

Greetings,
I am Suma from the Merchant Fulfilled Listing Investigations team. I am writing to you with regard to the feedback our team has received for the ASIN :B00XXXXX, SKU :XXXXXXXX.
A buyer stated that the product "Item Name" received was wrong item.
In order to provide the best buying experience to Amazon customers, your listing is temporarily suspended for review.
Please write back with the following checklist which would aid in our investigation and help us reinstate your listing at the earliest:
- Images of the product in your inventory (with UPC)
- Manufacturer website showing the product along with UPC (or any other product identifier)
- Possible reason for the discrepancy
- Checked the rest of the inventory to ensure that products meet the size/material requirements specified on the Detail page?
- Plan of Action to avoid similar instances in the future.

In general Amazon will initiate these reviews and suspensions for a number of reasons, from concerns of authenticity to negative buyer experiences. I understand that this process is frustrating.
In general the best path to prevent these types of reviews is to ensure you are providing the best customer service and products possible. But I understand that you want more information regarding how these reviews work. Due to the internal nature of Amazon's processes I won't be able to provide those details.
I can however provide your feedback to leadership on this process if you provide specific case IDs and instances of frustration. Please note I won't be able to provide updates on the result of any internal investigation into this process. Thank you for your understanding.
