Lot of Returns created on Delivery date
Receiving lot of returns on the delivery date by customers and amazon is totally okay with this, as they have their own charges and return only the product, and facing an issue that 50% of returns were created by amazon agents mentioned as Undeliverable on the final delivery station if it is so how they are allowing their customers to buy a product to a pin-code which is unserviceable ?

if I understand correctly, you receive physical returns of goods at the same time you deliver? This is odd, can you help me out with some orders so I can check?
