Can we delete campaigns?
Is there a way to delete them and start fresh?

Thanks for coming to the forums with this question. You cannot fully delete a campaign, but they can be Archived. We utilize and archive model rather than full deletion model as advertisers often need to look back at older campaigns for reference.
Once you've archived a campaign, you can go ahead and create a new campaign as normal by following the directions laid out here.
On another note, once a campaign has been Archived, it can be viewed again as a reference point, but cannot be re-enabled. If you ever want to keep a campaign for later use we suggest just keeping it paused until you are ready to use it.
