My seller account was disabled, they said I had two accounts.
So I have never had two accounts but I did change the name of my store. Now they are saying the previous store name is a different account. This makes no sense to me and Amazon is not responding to any of my email inquiries with anything but a copy\paste generic message. I managed to get a support person to call me who said it had something to do with missing banking info for one of the non-US marketplaces, specifically for Saudi Arabia. This also made no sense as I never applied or intended to have a market there. At any rate, I updated the info and was told it should "resolve itself" in a few days, but it has not. I am very glad to have only been testing out selling on Amazon on a very small scale, this has been nothing but a headache. I thought maybe posting on here would get the attention of someone at Amazon that might be able to fix this.

Everything they told you is correct.
Amazon policy is that if one of your other Regional Accounts (like Saudi Arabia) gets suspended, then they will suspend the rest.
Now ... typically missing bank account info is not a reason for a suspension, so you might want to check the account further for other issues.
Otherwise it really should resolve itself.
If not you will have to appeal in the US and let them know that the SA account issue has been resolved.

Hi @Seller_RbJHSz5gh7UOs
Mindy from Amazon here to assist.
Based on the thread, it seems that you might have initiate Saudi Arabia marketplace and the team is required you to submit further document to verify this marketplace. When there is not enough information to verify your identity, the account will be deactivated. It is correct as @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCV has mentioned that once your account in Saudi Arabia is deactivated, your account in US marketplace will be affected as well.
Now I believe that your main concern is to reactivate your account in US marketplace. In order to do that, you will need to get your Saudi Arabia marketplace reactive first.
- Navigate to Saudi Arabia marketplace in seller central. In seller central main page, at the top left corner, there is white box with your account name and marketplace. Upon clicking, it will show other marketplace.
- Submit the require documents in Saudi Arabia marketplace.
- After submission, kindly allow the relevant team some time to process and your Saudi Arabia account should be reinstated.
Once you have successfully reactivated that related account (Saudi Arabia marketplace), please submit an appeal to reactivate the current selling account (US Marketplace). When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the related account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation. I recommend taking screenshot of the main page of your Saudi Arabia marketplace, include your account name and region.
I hope my response provides clarification to your question. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reply to this thread. Include any other relevant information that could help the forums community and I provide you the best guidance.
The forums community and I are here to support you.
Regards,
