Customers Reviews clearly in violation of community guidelines but never gets removed after being reported
I have two negative reviews that clearly violates community guidelines. One of them mentioned other retailor competitors' name and the other purely talks about Amazon's delivery issue. I have tried various ways to report them, including click the report button under the reviews, sending emails to community-help and trying to open cases (but all cases got automatically closed with unhelpful answers) . It's been more than a month, and no actions were taken by Amazon at all.
I wonder if Amazon is truly working on removing those inapproprite reviews for sellers. Can someone from Amazon please help take a look? I can send you those review details.

The community help email is just a placebo.
When Amazon removes product reviews it will be for reasons of their own. Never in response to seller request/demand.
