Supplier doesn't include email on invoice
I have a legit and major international wholesaler of my product and all of the necessary information for an invoice is included except they don't put an email address or a website on their invoices.
I'm talking HUGE supplier in the industry I sell. You probably would recognize the name, even if you don't deal in this industry it's so prevalent.
Is this going to be a problem in getting brand approvals or using my invoices to prove authenticity should the need arrive?
I can't really ask a multi-billion dollar company to change their invoice format for me because Amazon wants an email address on it.
Side note - this company is absolutely authorized to distribute the products I sell. How does Amazon know that they are? I can't get the wholesaler's documents or contracts from the manufacturer (again, multi-billion company) so what will Amazon look for in my invoices to know it's an authorized source since the distributor isn't the manufacturer? (You can't buy from manufacturer directly, it's an even bigger company, and plus that would be dozens if not hundreds of other companies they wholesale/distribute for that I would need individual documents for. This wholesaler is the source for multiple brands.)
I do not have any claims or problems in progress. I am just making sure I have documents in order should I need to provide them or if I want to expand to gated ASIN that this company distributes for. I don't want to spend thousands just to have Amazon reject it because they don't have an email or website on their invoices (they do have an 800# on it).

If this is really a huge supplier, amazon probably has samples of their invoices already in their library of recognized suppliers.

The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
Your SUPPLIER being legit means NOTHING if the BRAND does not give you permission.

We've submitted numerous invoices at Amazon's request over the years. They've always been accepted without an email or web address.
