Why was I charged a professional seller fee for my individual seller account

I was just charged a professional seller fee on my individual seller account with zero listings active. Why is there is no customer service link or "Contact us" option? This is ridiculous, sorry. I expect an answer or I will ask for a chargeback.

First, you are a GUEST on the site. If you do a charge back you will probably be banned immediately.

Amazon has started setting ALL sellers up as Pro accounts immediately. IF you had studied the Forum at all you would know that already.

You would ALSO know that you need to open a case and request a refund of the money. IF you have used any of the 'features' on the site, like trying to list an item already you will not be refunded.

Since you apparently have NOT studied about Amazon selling very much, here are some things for you to do --

HINT #1 -- VACATION MODE -- NOW!

HINT #2 -- SELLER U -- NOW!

BEFORE even trying to start selling, ask yourself these questions --

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

NOTE that you need verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those gray market sellers touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" and assure you that they are authorized.

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!
