Removal orders and MCF suspended
Like everyone else I have been through the VAT verification and was 'verified' on the 5th Feb.
I still cant do mcf orders or removal orders because my account is allegedly deactivated even though its not..
Cases raised said firstly it was because I owed 20 cents in Germany (that I dont use). Paid that and was then told it was cos of VAT. Account reactivated and then support said I owe 43 cents in Germany. I cant remove the one item in Germany as I cant do removal orders, I dont use my German account and I cant get support to understand simple requests. Case is currently transferred but still not getting anywhere.
Please can any mods step in and help

Just checking in to see if you managed to create a removal order in the end, or are you having difficulties?

I am in the same boat with regards to MCF orders with the same message saying that my account have been deactivated.
The back-VAT has now been paid and is sitting in my seller account, however as yet this doesn't appear to have been reconciled with the VAT debt so perhaps this is the problem. Could @Julia_Amznhelp sort this out?
