Losing buy box for no reasons killing our business (sales drop from 700K each month to only 50K)
We have been selling on Amazon for over 5 years, we were doing 700K each month in 2022, last year we slowly dropped to about 300K due to bad market, which is kind of normal for a lot of sellers. However, in mid of Nov, we lost buy box for all our 600+ SKUs over one night for no reason. Right now we are doing like 40K each month.
Even thought the whole thing is super crazy and is killing our business, we barely got any support from Amazon seller support, every time we open a case on this, we just got template replies: We don't find any issue with your account, but we can't provide you any information on why you don't have buy box. Then list of requirements for buy box which we meet all of them.
1. We are brand owner and the only one selling our products. Didn't increase any price for past 3 months.
2. Almost perfect account health.
Really appreciate it if someone can help. We are pretty helpless and devastated.

But yes, you should have Buy Box.......on most or all of your listings. Sadly, this has been a constant issue since late 2022 and all Amazon does is repeating that there are "reasons" why you don't have the Buy Box and they "can't explain it" because they have to protect something whatnotever. Truth is, there is either a bug, or they are doing it on purpose, nobody has been able to figure it out, but it has happened to hundreds, likely thousands of sellers, myself included over Christmas season 2022 when my Buy Box went from 90-ish % to 0 over night and then would go anywhere from 0 to 15 randomly throughout the day and week. As suddenly as it went away, it came back a few weeks later....
