Amazon claims to have not received 2 of 10 units shipped to one of their locations. There were a total of 20 units shipped to 3 locations. They already paid for 2 other units they lost. When I asked about the remaining 2, they claim to have not received them. The units shipped out from a wholesaler. When UPS picks up shipment from a wholesaler, don't they verify the weight of the shipments somewhere in the process? The units Amazon misplaced are big units, easily proved to have been at least picked up by UPS (assuming there's a record of what is actually picked up).

FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Shipment to Amazon claims
Hello @Seller_zAwU7LIgTkpss. Have you submitted a request for reimbursement for lost shipments to Amazon?
Have you filed any support tickets about these missing items? Were these for one FBA shipment?
