When creating a shipping plan to send products with amazon global logistics, how do they normally let you supplier know when they will be ready to pick goods up ?
Is the fee on my seller central the final fee? Or will there will be other associated fees ?
How do I know how many pallets will be used for this shipment and who will apply labels to pallets ?

Dominic from Amazon here. This link should provide a ton of information on Amazon Global logistics shipping and prep.
The Amazon fulfillment centers can be booked directly though Seller Central and Logistics cost will be deducted directly from the Amazon Seller Account.
