Professional account audit to figure out completely dead sales
Hi all,
We have been selling on Amazon for about 10 years now. In the first 7-8 years our sales consistently increased at a certain pace. During COVID, sales boomed like most other online businesses.
However, starting from March of 2023 things started to slow down, and by July or August of 2023 we lost over 60% of our consistent sales. Since then, it has been extremely slow, with sales around 40% of our previous years.
On top of that, whatever happened on July 28th, our sales completely stopped. I mean one single order since July 28th, whereas even at 40% performance we were selling 1-2 units every day or at least every other day. Something happened to our account on July 28th, and we cannot figure out what it is. Account health is great, all listings are active, all PPC Campaigns have been running and optimized regularly. With that said, we haven't made any changes since July 28th.
We are running significant discounts to get the momentum back, but nothing has worked so far.
I am looking for a professional audit company to check everything possible to figure out what's wrong and what's effecting our sales so significantly. Does anyone know or has had any experience with a such company?

We have been doing everything we can to figure out what caused the complete halt for our sales, but unfortunately nothing has come up yet.
