Sales Dashboard Not updating

Is anyone else experiencing the sales dashboard not updating in sales, yet orders are coming in for the last few hours?

Is anyone else experiencing the sales dashboard not updating in sales, yet orders are coming in for the last few hours?

Not just you - I am as well experiencing the same issue. Tried reporting this by chat to Seller Support and got nowhere with them. Went round and round for 15+ minutes and kept getting a canned response about sales trends data. Even after sending a screen shot with the 'Sales' box circled that I was referring to having the issue still got nowhere, then the associate just ended the chat and washed their hands of even trying to address the issue. In case a mod is interested my interaction with the seller support associate is all documented under Case ID 14420972511. Very frustrating as I was trying to give Seller Support a heads up to get a jump start on fixing an issue on their end and basically wasted 15+ minutes of my time this morning.

Yep same since a couple hours ago at least. Checked all listings still active and BSRs looking same as normal. Sales just not appearing in app or dashboard

Are you all still experiencing lag in sales dashboard not updating at all? Are you able to share some further symptoms of what is going on on your end including any screenshots (please remove any personal sensitive information ahead of time).

I will be checking in on the case # above and am going to reach out internally to see if there is anything further to share. Usually if this is a large systemic issue impacting multiple sellers we would have already had something to share.

I'll hang tight here for your replies and apologize for the frustration this has caused you all up to this point.
